Garioch is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority are en-suite.

Garioch is situated in the market town of Inverurie, within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport.The city of Aberdeen is sixteen miles away.

THE CARE

Garioch is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges, several quiet sitting rooms and a conservatory. Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home and we have a highly skilled activities therapist.

DIRECTIONS

Take the A96 from Aberdeen for 16 miles. Take a right turn at the roundabout signposted Inverurie on the B993. (Service station to the right and cemetary on the left). Go straight through Port Elphinstone over Don Bridge and follow the road round. Take the next road on the right for Keithhall (B993). Commercial Road is first left. Garioich Care Home is at the end.
