Benholm is an historic building, carefully converted into a care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority are en-suite.

Benholm is situated on the outskirts of Forfar, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the A90 Dundee to Aberdeen bypass. The ancient town of Glamis is about 4 miles away.

THE CARE

Benholm has relaxing lounges and a bright sun lounge (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). A separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, is also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

Leave the A90 at the second Forfar junction and follow the A929 Glamis Road for approximately one mile. Benholm is approximately 80 yards after the large factory on your left. The building is set back from the road, but is clearly signposted.
