DESCRIPTION

Torrance Lodge provides nursing, residential and respite care for elderly people with physical frailty some of whom may have dementia.
The Care Centre is situated within 5 minutes of the centre of Kilmarnock with easy access to the A77 and M77 motorway.

Torrance Lodge is a single storey building offering tastefully styled bedrooms most of which offer en-suite facilities. We have lawned gardens and patio areas for the enjoyment of our residents.

THE CARE

Our focus is our service users and their families. Our aim is to run each of our residential and nursing homes as a family unit - to create a “homely” feeling that our service users can feel safe and comfortable in.

Our holistic approach to care emphasises the importance of social interaction and activities. Our people are very experienced at listening, understanding and responding to the needs of service users.

Our people are central to the service we provide in our residential and nursing homes. We know the best care comes from a motivated and knowledgeable team. We are totally committed to giving our people the training and opportunities they need to help them deliver the standards of care and nursing we demand.

We set ourselves high standards in every aspect of the care we give service users in our nursing homes. We never forget our service users are individuals and we treat them with respect and dignity at all times.
