DESCRIPTION

Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. They own and operate over 500 care homes, nursing homes and specialist centres across the UK, with approximately 306 homes in England and the Channel Islands, 62 in Scotland, 74 in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and 7 in Wales. Each of the care homes or nursing homes run by Four Seasons Health Care is unique and offers high standards of service and care for long term and short term residents. Every home seeks to provide a safe, homely and warm environment for its residents. Almost nine out of every ten of their homes are rated as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ by the industry regulater The Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Hallhouse is an historic building, which has been carefully converted and extended to provide nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All are en-suite.

Hallhouse is situated in the village of Fenwick, North Ayrshire, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the A77. The shopping centres of both Kilmarnock and Glasgow are short journeys away.

THE CARE

Hallhouse is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges and several quiet sitting rooms, all overlooking the extensive wooded grounds, sensory garden and seating areas that surround the home.

Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by experienced hair stylists, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

From Kilmarnock, take the A77 towards Glasgow and turn right at the Fenwick Hotel onto the B751. Continue for approximately a quarter of a mile to a T-junction. Turn left into Main Road, Fenwick and the entrance to Hallhouse Care Home is approximately 50 yards on the left.

From Glasgow, take the A77 towards Kilmarnock and take the B778 slip road signposted Fenwick. Continue for approximately a quarter of a mile until the crossroads. Continue straight across into Main Road, Fenwick. Continue for approximately three quarters of a mile and the entrance to Hallhouse Care Home is on the right.
