Swan House is a dual registered care home catering for nursing and residential residents

Swan House is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

All of our rooms are for single occupancy and all have private toilet facilties.

Swan House is situated close to the centre of Chatteris, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the main A1.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''''good'''' outcomes for its residents.

THE CARE

Swan House has lounges and quiet sitting rooms (with both smoking and non smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times are also an important feature of the home. Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are caterd for and daily choices are available. The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements. A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

From the South come off the A1 at Huntingdon and follow the A141 to Chatteris. Take the A142 off the roundabout and then turn right into New Road.

From the North come off the A1 at Peterborough and follow the A47 to Guyhirn, then follow the A141 to Chatteris. Take the A142 off the roundabout and then turn right into New Road.
