DESCRIPTION
Vale Court is a purpose built care home close to local shops and public transport. It is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges and quiet sitting room. It has separate dinning rooms where residants can enjoy the company of others.
We have 3 separate units, upstairs is for our frail elderly residents and downstairs is divided between younger physically disabled adults and elderly residential clients.
THE CARE
Care is based around each persons individual needs, some of our residents have only modest care requirements and simply enjoy living in a secure caring environment, others need 24 hour nursing assistance. Each resident has their own individual care plan which is developed in conjunction with relatives as well as themselves and is regularly reviewed to ensure needs are always met.
DIRECTIONS
Leave the M53 at junction 9and take the turning off the roundabout for the town centre. Follow this road, the A5032 through the town centre to Chester road. The home is situated between and behind a restaurant and a shopping parade.
