DESCRIPTION

Leycester House is situated in the sought after location of the village of Mobberley, only a few minutes walk from the local shops and approximately two miles from Knutsford town centre. It offers a warm, caring environment and delivers person-centred care based on residents’ individual needs. The team working at the home are highly committed in caring for older people, and respect the individual choices and decisions that residents make.

THE CARE

For all residents, detailed care plans are developed in conjunction with the resident and in many cases their family. Plans are based on a recognised model of care and have been developed by registered nurses and professionals both within CLS and from external agencies.

Care plans are reviewed at least once a month and include an assessment of residents’ needs, details of what support is needed from other professionals, risk assessments over a number of areas and a number of other aspects that impact on a resident’s care.

The care plans are also designed to make it simple for you to access a clear and accurate history of care and activities provided should you need or wish to.

All CLS homes are staffed by a dedicated and professionally trained workforce. CLS operates a nationally approved training scheme that is unrivalled in the care sector, and is an accredited Investor in People. Every year, around a hundred employees achieve NVQs and specialist training as part of their personal development plans.

DIRECTIONS

Leave the M6 at Junction 19.
Take the A556 towards Northwich, Macclesfield and Knutsford.
At the Traffic Lights turn left onto the A5033 towards Macclesfield and Knutsford.
Continue over the motorway to Knutsford Town Centre.
Turn right at the small roundabout onto the A50 for Stoke –on- Trent and Macclesfield(A537)
At the second set of traffic Lights by Knutsford Station, Turn left onto the A537 towards Macclesfield.
Proceed to the next set of lights and turn left onto the B5085 to Mobberley.
Once in Mobberley, turn right at Goostreys Bakery on the corner.
Leycester House is on the right, at the end of the road.
