DESCRIPTION

Crossways is a large, purpose-built home approximately one mile from Northwich town centre. It is a friendly and welcoming home, with a number of lounges and communal areas. Residents and their families are regularly involved in decisions affecting home life.

THE CARE

For all residents, detailed care plans are developed in conjunction with the resident and in many cases their family. Plans are based on a recognised model of care and have been developed by registered nurses and professionals both within CLS and from external agencies.

Care plans are reviewed at least once a month and include an assessment of residents’ needs, details of what support is needed from other professionals, risk assessments over a number of areas and a number of other aspects that impact on a resident’s care.

The care plans are also designed to make it simple for you to access a clear and accurate history of care and activities provided should you need or wish to.

All CLS homes are staffed by a dedicated and professionally trained workforce. CLS operates a nationally approved training scheme that is unrivalled in the care sector, and is an accredited Investor in People. Every year, around a hundred employees achieve NVQs and specialist training as part of their personal development plans.

DIRECTIONS

M6 Junction 19, take A556 signpost Northwich. Continue on A556 through traffic lights at the junction with A5033 to Macclesfield. Just after you pass The Smoker and service station on the left you will see a sign for the A559 to Northwich and Lostock Gralam.
Move into the right hand lane as you approach the splitter island and turn right onto A559. Continue to the traffic lights at the junction with the A559 to Warrington. The Slow and Easy in front of you.
Crossways is on the left at these lights and you will need to turn left onto Station Road from the car park
