Elwick Grange provides residential and respite care for elderly people with physical frailty and dementia, as well as those in short or long term convalescence.

Elwick Grange is located in the heart of a busy local community and is surrounded by local amenities. Its location very much endorses its status as a true community home. Elwick Grange is situated on Elwick Road opposite Burn Valley Gardens. The nearest railway station is Hartlepool Station.
