DESCRIPTION

Millbeck is a purpose built home, circa 1990. It is owned and maintained by Anchor Trust, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of support, care and housing for older people.
Set in its own well-maintained grounds Millbeck is close to the local shops, pubs, library and post office. Most rooms have lovely views of the well-kept gardens.

At Millbeck we provide residential care for 30 frail older people (male and female) with varying abilities. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support

Dining
• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for
• Breakfast is served in the dining room or you can have this brought to your room
• Unlike other care homes, there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities
• Newspapers can be delivered daily to your room
• Millbeck has very attractive gardens with a pleasant area to sit out
• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week
