DESCRIPTION

The Model is one of Ballymoney’s most popular care homes, providing a high standard of residential and nursing care for elderly people. We also provide respite care to give home carers a much needed break. Set in a quiet residential area, our purpose built home is renowned for its range of facilities, excellent staff and high standard of care.

Our well-equipped bedrooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are several communal areas around the home, and our mature gardens are very popular with our residents.

THE CARE

Our Activities Co-ordinator organises both group and one-to-one activities. All activities are completely optional, but for those who would like to participate we provide a programme around the home.

Meals are freshly-prepared by our in-house chef. Our menus provide a choice for every meal, and we cater for all dietary and cultural needs. Our chef bakes a variety of fresh treats each day and all soups are homemade.
