Domnall Intermediate Care Centre is an exciting new development for Northern Ireland which provides up to date facilities including a therapy kitchen, a physiotherapy/therapy room with the use of specialised equipment to meet individualised rehabilitation programmes, in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team of medical, nursing, pharmacy and social work staff.

THE CARE

We provide a homely, relaxed and comfortable environment, focusing on the medical, nursing and social needs of the individual.

To assure patient focused care, regular, effective communication between all members of the care team is essential. This is achieved by regular meetings and weekly reviews of each individual''s progress with the Intermediate Care Coordinator from the Trust responsible for the patient''s placement.
