DESCRIPTION

Jordanstown is a purpose built home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority are en-suite.

Jordanstown is situated in the Newtownabbey area of Belfast, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M2 motorway. Specifically, the Abbey Shopping Centre is only 1/2 mile away.

THE CARE

Jordanstown is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges, several quiet sitting rooms and a library. The home is set within private grounds.

Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

From Belfast
Take the M5 from Belfast. At the end of the motorway take the A2 to Whiteabbey. Proceed along the A2/Shore Road and turn left at the traffic lights into Whiteabbey Village. Take the first turn on the left after the car park into Old Manse Road and Jordanstown is approximately 100 metres on the right.

From Carrickfergus
Proceed along the A2/Shore Road to Whiteabbey. Turn right at the traffic lights into Whiteabbey Village. Then as above.
