Armagh is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

The majority of our rooms are for single occupancy, although we can offer accommodation for sharing companions.

Armagh Care Home is situated in a residential area on the Hamiltonsbawn Road, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M1 motorway. The town centre is approximately 1/2 mile away.

THE CARE

Armagh has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Catering Manager prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

At the end of the M12, follow the signs for Armagh on the A3 (for approximately 11 miles). At the outskirts of Armagh, continue across the roundabout and take the first left at next mini roundabout, following the signs for Tandragee/Hamiltonsbawn (A51). Take the next road on the left onto Drumadd Terrace and left again at the end of the road. Armagh Care Home is at the top of the hill on the right.

From the Mall
From the traffic lights at the ''Old Gaol'' end of the Mall, follow the signs for Tandragee/Hamiltonsbawn. This road takes you up ''Barrack Hill'', continue for approximately 3/4 mile. Armagh Care Home is at the top of the second hill on the right.
