Bangor is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.
Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although a couple are large enough for sharing companions.
Bangor Care Home is situated in a residential area of Bangor Town, within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport.
THE CARE
Bangor has TV lounges and quiet sitting rooms (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.
Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.
The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement.
A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.
DIRECTIONS
From Belfast, follow the M3 onto the Sydenham by-pass and continue onto the A2 Belfast Road through Holywood and Cultra towards Bangor. Exit at the junction signposted Ring Road and Donaghadee and turn right, then immediately left onto Westmorland Crescent. Turn left into Manor Park and then left again into Manor Avenue.
