DESCRIPTION

Holywood is a purpose built home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority are en-suite.

Holywood Care Home is situated on the edge of Redburn County Park, Holywood, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M3 motorway. Specifically, Holywood town centre is only 1.5 miles away.

THE CARE

Holywood is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges and several quiet sitting rooms, all overlooking mature private grounds. Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home and we have a highly skilled activities therapist.

DIRECTIONS

From Belfast.
Take the A2 to Bangor, past Belfast City Airport. Turn right, following signs to Knocknagoney. At the traffic lights turn left and the Holywood Care Home is approximately 1/2 mile on your right.

From Bangor
Take the A2 to Belfast, past Holywood town and turn left at the signpost for Holywood and Palace Barracks. Turn right up Jacksons Road and next right onto Old Holywood Road. Holywood Care Home is approximately 3/4 mile on your left.
