Eastbourne provides TV lounges and a quiet sitting room for relaxation. A separate dining room, where residents can socialise at meal times, is also available. From the East and Teesside, leave the A66 Darlington Bypass and follow the B6280 towards the town centre. After the retail park and the private hospital on your right, continue across next roundabout into Yarm Road. At the petrol station turn left and Eastbourne is on the left.

From the North, enter Darlington on the A167. Continue to the magistrates court mini roundabout and bear left into Yarm Road. Over the lights and right into Cobden Street and Eastbourne is on the left.

From the South, leave the A1(M) at junction 57 and travel approximately 2 miles towards Darlington town centre. At the magistrates court mini roundabout turn right into Yarm Road. Then as above.
