DESCRIPTION

Rose Lodge Care Centre provides residential care for elderly people, and those with mental infirmity or in need of short or long-term convalescence.
Rose Lodge is a purpose built care centre situated in Newton Aycliffe close to Darlington. It has easy access to the A1(M) and is within driving distance of Stockton-on-Tees, Bishop Auckland and Middlesbrough. The nearest railway station is Newton Aycliffe Station. Regular bus services stop near to the care centre.

Our focus is our service users and their families. Our aim is to run each of our residential and nursing homes as a family unit - to create a “homely” feeling that our service users can feel safe and comfortable in.

Our holistic approach to care emphasises the importance of social interaction and activities. Our people are very experienced at listening, understanding and responding to the needs of service users.

Our people are central to the service we provide in our residential and nursing homes. We know the best care comes from a motivated and knowledgeable team. We are totally committed to giving our people the training and opportunities they need to help them deliver the standards of care and nursing we demand.

We set ourselves high standards in every aspect of the care we give service users in our nursing homes. We never forget our service users are individuals and we treat them with respect and dignity at all times.
