Chestnut Lodge is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All rooms are en-suite.

Chestnut Lodge is situated in the countryside near Benburb, within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport. Specifically, Dungannon is six miles and Armagh is seven miles away.

THE CARE

Chestnut Lodge has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

From Armagh, take Battlefield Road for seven miles and turn right at the crossroads with Carrickness Road. Continue for a couple of miles and the home is on the left.

From M1. At the Dungannon Turn off, take the B106 to Moy. After the supermarket on the right, take the next right signposted to Benburb. Go past a school, church and chapel and take the next left and continue for 3 miles. At the staggered crossroads turn right and then take the next left into Carrickaness Road. The home is approximately a mile on the right.
