DESCRIPTION

Riverside Court is a purpose built home, providing nursing and social care for the frail elderly and the mentally infirm elderly in a selection of differing rooms.

All of our rooms are for single occupancy and all are en-suite.

Riverside Court is situated in the historic town of Maryport, within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport. The Lake District is a short drive away.

THE CARE

Riverside Court is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges and several quiet sitting rooms, one of which overlooks the extensive private grounds. Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home and we have a highly skilled activities therapist.

DIRECTIONS

From the A596 (Carlisle). On approaching Maryport turn right at the traffic lights, onto Wood Street. Turn left onto High Street and right onto Senhouse Street. Proceed over the bridge and turn left onto Irish Street. Drive by the residential area on the right and take the second turning on the right onto Salmoor Way.

From the A596 (Workington), follow the road past Flimby. Turn left onto Glasson Industrial Estate. Follow the road and take the first left onto Salmoor Way.
