DESCRIPTION

Lammermuir House is a purpose built home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.
All of our rooms are for single occupancy and all rooms are en-suite.

Lammermuir House is situated close to the sea, overlooking the Firth of Forth, in Dunbar wtihin easy reach of shops and other amentities, public transport and the A1 motorway. Specifically, the town centre is only 1/2 mile away.

THE CARE

Lammermuir House is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges and several quiet sitting rooms. There are lovely sea views from many rooms. Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home and we have a highly skilled activities therapist.

DIRECTIONS

From the A1 Dunbar by-pass, leave the by-pass at the Spott Road Roundabout. Take Spott Road towards Dunbar and at the T-junction join Queen''s Road. With the Goldenstones Hotel on your right, turn right, then first left and left again into East Links Road and the home is 200 yards on the right.
