DESCRIPTION

Saddle Mews is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

All of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All have private shower and toilet facilities as well as telephones and TV''s.

Saddle Mews is situated in Douglas, within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport.

THE CARE

Saddle Mews has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

From the South take the right turn from the Airport to travel towards Douglas. Turn right at 2nd set of traffic lights into Groves Road then turn 2nd left for Saddle Mews.
From the Sea Terminal at Douglas travel towards Peel Road to the Quarterbridge, then turn left at traffic lights, then 2nd left into Groves Road.
