Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. Each of the care homes or nursing homes run by Four Seasons Health Care is unique and offers high standards of service and care for long term and short term residents. All care home staff are trained to deliver person centred care, resulting in flexible and responsive care whilst further promoting the well-being and independence of the individual.

Each care home run by Four Seasons Health Care have skilled and experienced teams of staff who are dedicated to provide the highest standards of care. Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.

Our home is a purpose built Home where we provide a high standard of care 24 hours a day. Our Residents have varying needs from specialist Nursing support to general assistance with everyday living.

We offer specialist Nursing care for individuals with Dementia in a supportive and comfortable environment. Many of our private bedrooms have en-suite facilities and all are decorated to a high standard.

We are very proud of our homely and welcoming atmosphere. We would be delighted to show you around so that you can experience it for yourself.

Our Residents can pursue their hobbies in our communal and quiet lounges. They watch television, perhaps listen to music or have some reading time. They also enjoy our landscaped garden with a patio and large lawn. All of these areas are used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to invite friends and families when they visit.

THE CARE

Our activities programme is tailored to our Residents’ preferences and includes arts and crafts, quizzes and gardening. We also provide a regular church service which is open to all Residents and their families and friends who wish to attend.

We support the UK National Dementia Strategy which ensures that key life skills are maintained, building purpose and providing nurture for Residents with Dementia. We organise group and individual activities but in our experience it is the one-to-one sessions that our Residents find most calming and rewarding.

Mealtimes are an enjoyable and sociable part of the day, with soft music playing in the background. Each one of our dining areas has tables laid with fresh flowers and linen and our menus are displayed to show the choices available. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are provided 24 hours a day.

We have themed meals including food and wine from around the world. We also enjoy catering for special celebrations for our Residents such as birthdays and anniversaries.
