Baillieston is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All are en-suite.

The Home is situated in the Baillieston suburb of Glasgow, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M8 motorway. Specifically, Parkhead Forge Shopping Centre is only + mile away.

THE CARE

Baillieston has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement. A snoozlin/therapy room is also available.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

From the M8 (Glasgow East). Leave the motorway at the Baillieston interchange, the Glasgow A8 junction. Staying in the left hand lane, turn left at traffic lights before the superstore just before the junction with the A89. This is Ravenswood Road. Turn right at a T-junction into Bredisholm Road then second left into Muirhead Road. Then take the second left into Sation Road. The home is on your left hand side.

From Glasgow, come along the Edinburgh Road (A8) to the junction at the superstore just after the A89 junction. Turn right into Ravenswood Road and follow directions as above.
