DESCRIPTION

Avery Lodge residential and dementia care home is situated in a quiet residential area of Grantham and was opened in June 2009. Avery Lodge has residents from all across the district and the home has quickly built up a reputation across Lincolnshire for the excellence of its dementia care, whether long-term or on a shorter-term, respite care basis. Our dementia education programme, Connect, has attracted many plaudits and helps families understand the needs of dementia sufferers and is free to all our families.

Built across three floors, Avery Lodge care home offers light, airy and generously sized communal areas, where you are free to come and go as you please. Whether it is to participate in our varied and daily activities programme or to just meet and chat with other residents, perhaps enjoying a glass of wine before evening meal?

THE CARE

Avery Lodge is a thriving community of care that addresses residents broadest possible needs and is run to the standards of a high quality hotel, with interiors tastefully decorated, comfortable and supporting services of a particularly high standard. All 67 rooms are en-suite with walk-in showers, and come with flat screen TV’s. There are quiet communal rooms, with no TV's to disturb our residents relaxation or quiet socializing. There is an aromatherapy suite and hairdressing salon, as well as a secure garden with large patio seating areas. Fresh meals are prepared daily to restaurant standards and dinning is quite a social event in itself.
