Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. All care home staff are trained to deliver person centred care, resulting in flexible and responsive care whilst further promoting the well-being and independence of the individual.

Each care home run by Four Seasons Health Care have skilled and experienced teams of staff who are dedicated to provide the highest standards of care. Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.

At Alexandra, care is based around each person’s individual needs. Some of our residents have only modest care requirements, and may simply enjoy living in a secure and caring environment. Others need 24 hour nursing assistance. Whatever the need, care is delivered with patience, kindness and understanding.
Care plans are exclusive to each resident, and aimed at promoting health and independence.
Doctors visit from local practices visit Alexandra by individual appointment.
We very much recognise the importance of personal, individual and resident focused care. To achieve this, good communication between all members of the care team and relatives is essential. At Alexandra we encourage relatives to be involved in the daily care of the residents and ask for involvement in building up a life history of the resident to enable person centred care with the choices of the resident implemented into the care plans.
