DESCRIPTION

Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. Each of the care homes or nursing homes run by Four Seasons Health Care is unique and offers high standards of service and care for long term and short term residents. All care home staff are trained to deliver person centred care, resulting in flexible and responsive care whilst further promoting the well-being and independence of the individual.

Each care home run by Four Seasons Health Care have skilled and experienced teams of staff who are dedicated to provide the highest standards of care. Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.

Purpose built Care Home offering Elderly frail care 23 beds , Dementia Care 23 beds , and Intermediate Care 16 beds. All rooms are single with en-suite facilities. There are spacious lounge and dining areas, or if preferred individuals can eat in their rooms.

THE CARE

We have qualified nursing staff on duty 24 hours a day supported by care assistants, to support and look after all residents. There are 2 activity coordinators, whom provide activities.

DIRECTIONS

From Birkenhead town centre take go onto Park Road
South turn left into Palm Grove the home is situated on the left hand side. Or if you are approaching from the M53 take junction 3 and follow the A552 Woodchurch Road for approximately 2 miles. Bear left at a fork onto Heathfield Road, leading into Slatey Road. At the end of Slatey Road turn left into Park Road South and first left into Palm Grove, where Grove House is situated on your left.
