DESCRIPTION

Norwood Green is a purpose built care home providing nursing and social care for older people who are physically frail and older people who have mental health needs such as Alzheimer''s disease.

All our rooms are for single occupancy and are en-suite.

Norwood Green is situated in Southall, close to the shops and other local amenities and also public transport.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''good'' outcomes for its residents.
Norwood Green has several lounges and separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, which are an important feature of the home.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified Chiropodist.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

Our chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce.

DIRECTIONS

Take the A4020 (Uxbridge Road/the Broadway) from Southall in the direction of Hanwell and Ealing. Turn right onto the A3005 (South Road), follow the road until it becomes Norwood Road and turn left into Tentelow Lane.
