DESCRIPTION

Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. Courtenay House was formerly a traditional farmhouse, which has been carefully modernised and extended, to provide nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.
Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. A small number are en-suite.
Courtenay House is situated in its own gardens within the village of Tittleshall, within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport. Specifically, the town of Fakenham is six miles away.

THE CARE

At Courtenay House, care is based around each persons individual needs. Some of our residents require only modest assistance within a secure and caring environment, whereas others need 24 hour nursing. Whatever the need, care is delivered with patience, kindness and understanding.
Courtenay House is well supported by the local GP practice with a doctor attending weekly or upon an individuals need. It is also attended by other health services as required to ensure the delivery of personal, individual and resident focused care.

DIRECTIONS

From the South; From the A11 join the A1065 to Swaffham. Continue towards Fakenham and then turn right to Litcham. At Litcham crossroads turn left into Tittleshall. The home is on the right.
From Kings Lynn; Take the B1145 signposted Gayton and Litcham. At Litcham crossroads turn left (then as above).
From Fakenham; Take the A1065. At a sharp bend turn left signposted Tittleshall. Continue through Tittleshall. The home is on the left.
From Dereham; Take the B110 out of Dereham signposted Elmham. After 2 miles turn left towards Beetley and then turn left towards Litcham. Go through Litcham (then as above).
