Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.

Carleton House is a former rectory, which has been carefully modernised and extended and now provides social care in a selection of differing rooms. Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority are en-suite.

Carleton House is situated within its own delightful grounds, in the small village of East Carleton, near to Norwich. It is within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport. Specifically, the village centre is only 1/2 mile away.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''good'' outcomes for its residents.

THE CARE

Carleton House has TV lounges and a conservatory. A separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, is also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available. Meals are served to suit the convenience of residents and can be served in the privacy of bedrooms or at the table in our dining room.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement. All the laundry for our residents is undertaken by the home. A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

From the A47 at the Thickthorn roundabout, take the exit for the A11 London\Thetford. After about a mile take the first turning on the left, signposted to Ketteringham. Follow this road for just over a mile and the home is on the left.
