Eastlands is a modern purpose built care home, set in nearly two acres of landscaped gardens which back onto the local golf course. The home is conveniently situated in a quiet residential location on the outskirts of Norwich.
All our rooms are furnished and decorated in soft pastel colors to give continuity to the light and very spacious atmosphere of the home.

THE CARE

We have an excellent and experienced team who are trained to provide the highest standards of care, many are now completing their NVQ''s in Care. They will, with our residents, plan their care on an individual basis with their keyworker, the resident and their family.

DIRECTIONS

The home is situated 5 miles north of Norwich on the A1067 Fakenham Road. Turn left at the last crossroads in Taverham into Beech Avenue, opposite to Fir Covert Road and a garden centre, and the home is on the right.
