DESCRIPTION

Westfield House is a fine Georgian building, carefully modernised to provide nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms. Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. Many rooms are en-suite.

Westfield House is situated in delightful gardnes in the attractive village of Killinghall, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the A1(M) motorway. Specifically, the village centre is only 1/2 mile away.

THE CARE

Westfield House has a TV lounge and a separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal times. These are an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available. Meals are served to suit the convenience of residnets and can be served in the privacy of bedrooms or at the table in our dining room.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement. All the laundry for our residents is undertaken by the home. A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

Take the main A61 north from Harrogate towards Ripon. As you go through the village of Killinghall, past the pub and shops, the home is on the right hand side.
