DESCRIPTION

Maple Lodge Care Home is located on the edge of Scotton a quiet village in the North Yorkshire countryside, just south of Richmond. The home is within reach of shops, amenities, public transport and the A1.

This purpose built care home provides nursing and social care for older people who are physically frail and older people who have mental health needs such as Alzheimer''s disease.

Accommodation at Maple Lodge is provided in single occupancy rooms, all of which are with en-suite facilities. Some rooms are spacious enough for sharing.

Maple Lodge features lounges and separate dining rooms, where residents can enjoy each others company at meal times. Traditional home cooked meals using fresh produce are served with daily choices being available. Special diets can be catered for. Residents may also enjoy the conservatory which overlooks the surrounding countryside.

Regular visits are made to the home by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified Chiropodist.

The home provides a varied programme of activities for residents enjoyment.

THE CARE

Maple Lodge has lounges and separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, which are an important feature of the home.

A conservatory, overlooking the countryside, is also available for the residents use.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified Chiropodist.

DIRECTIONS

If approaching from Richmond, proceed south on the A6136 towards Scotton. At the Catterick Garrison roundabout continue straight on towards Scotton. On reaching the two bungalows on the right, turn left onto Low Hall Lane and the home is at the end of this lane.

Alternatively, if travelling north on the A1, exit at the A6136 junction and proceed to the Catterick Garrison roundabout turning left towards Scotton. Then proceed as above.
