Clova House is an attractive, carefully converted and modernised, former private residence, providing social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority are en-suite.

Clova House is situated in the historic City of Ripon, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the A1 (M) motorway. Specifically, the town centre is only 1/2 mile away.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''good'' outcomes for its residents.

THE CARE

Clova House is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges, a quiet sitting room and a conservatory overlooking the grounds. Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available. Meals are served to suit the convenience of residents and can be served in the privacy of bedrooms or at the table in our dining rooms.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement. A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home and we have a highly skilled activities therapist.

From Ripon town centre, follow Westgate onto Park Street. At a Y junction, with a small roundabout, take the right fork and the home is on the left.
