Richmond Village Northampton at Grange Park is our newest luxury retirement village and offers wonderful facilities along with the reassurance of first class care for those who need it. From the bustle of a local market town to relaxing countryside, this ideal retirement spot in the heart of England gives you the best of both worlds. Towcester, Kettering and Daventry are all close by and the area has more than its fair share of thatched village cottages, stately homes, country lanes and waterways. Just 60 miles from London and 30 from Luton airport, Richmond Northampton is fast becoming the epitome of luxury retirement care.

Our Care Centre has a modern Nursing Home providing 24-hour care for the elderly community. Our Nursing Home is monitored and registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate (CSCI).

The Care Home provides long-stay nursing care (continuing care) as well as offering post-medical and post-operative care. Palliative care is also provided including the management of pain and other symptoms and provision of psychological, social and mental support.

The Care Home employs specialist nurses to work on different units, ranging from wound care to palliative care, and includes rigorous ongoing training, auditing and supervision to maintain standards.

Each resident will have a named carer who will oversee their personal needs and encourage participation in whichever of the Village''s daily activities are suitable. Located in the village centre is our brand new state-of-the-art 30 bed Care Home. Here, we foster an atmosphere of nursing care and support which enables residents to live as full, interesting and independent a life as possible. We understand that just because someone is not as physically active as they use to be, it doesn''t mean they are mentally inactive. Our carers and therapists encourage residents to take part in all the activities they like, whether it be a music recital, an art class or a game of bridge. Staff are always available to accompany the less mobile so no one need miss out. We believe that a Care Room in a Richmond Village is care at its best. And unlike a conventional nursing home or care home, residents at Richmond Northampton benefit from being part of a community where they are stimulated by the companionship of their more active neighbours too.
