Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. Each of the care homes or nursing homes run by Four Seasons Health Care is unique and offers high standards of service and care for long term and short term residents. All care home staff are trained to deliver person centred care, resulting in flexible and responsive care whilst further promoting the well-being and independence of the individual.

Each care home run by Four Seasons Health Care have skilled and experienced teams of staff who are dedicated to provide the highest standards of care. Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.

Our home is a purpose built Home where we provide a high standard of care 24 hours a day. Our Residents have varying needs from specialist Nursing support to general assistance with everyday living. Some stay with us on a permanent basis whilst others stay for short periods of time.

We offer Residential and Nursing care as well as specialist care for young people with Physical Disabilities. Respite care is available to give home carers a much needed break and we provide End of Life care at a time when Residents and their families need specialist help and support.

Our Residents can pursue their hobbies in our communal and quiet lounges. They watch television or perhaps listen to music or have some reading time. Our mature gardens boast flower beds, hanging baskets, herb and vegetable patches and a patio area where Residents enjoy the fresh air. All of these areas are used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to invite friends and families when they visit.

THE CARE

We pride ourselves on our range of activities to suit all tastes. Our Activities Co-ordinator meets every new Resident to discuss their social interests. There’s always something going on from quizzes to hand massages and music therapy to flower arranging.

We invite professional entertainers to visit regularly and we are also treated to performances by the local school children and the wider community. We encourage a mix of individual and group activities and organise regular day trips to local places of interest.

We have highly nutritious and varied menus and cater for all dietary and cultural needs. All of our food is prepared using fresh ingredients every day in our kitchens. Our dining rooms are warm and welcoming. The tables are laid with fresh flowers and linen and our menus are displayed to show the choices available. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are provided 24 hours a day.

Residents can choose to have their meals in their own room or in our dining room depending on how they feel. We encourage friends and family to join us for meals or afternoon tea anytime.
