DESCRIPTION

Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. They own and operate over 500 care homes, nursing homes and specialist centres across the UK, with approximately 306 homes in England and the Channel Islands, 62 in Scotland, 74 in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and 7 in Wales. Hallcroft is a purpose build care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms. Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All rooms are en-suite and also have nurse call facilities.

Hallcroft is situated in Hucknall, a village north of Nottingham, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M1 motorway. Specifically, the village centre is only 1/2 mile away.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''good'' outcomes for its residents.

THE CARE

Hallcroft has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). A separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal time, is also an important feature of the home. A secluded garden and patio area are also available for the benefit of residents. The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirement. All the laundry for our residents is undertaken by the home.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.
Visitors are welcome at any time and in addition all our facilities are extended to close friends and family.
Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using resh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available. Meals are served to suit the convenience of residents and can be served in the privacy of bedrooms or at the table in our dining room. Entertaining guests or small private parties attracts a small extra charge.

DIRECTIONS

From Nottinghan, take the Hucknall by-pass and turn right into Watnall Road. Carry on to the police station on the left hand side and turn right into Beardall Street. Croft Avenue is the second on the right and the home is on the right.

From Mansfield/Annerley, Woodhouses, drive into Hucknall and turn left at the first set of traffic lights and right at the second set of lights into Watnall Road. Beardall Street is the first left and Croft Avenue is the second on the right, the home is on the right hand side.
