DESCRIPTION

Our home is a charming, friendly Home where we provide a high standard of care 24 hours a day. Our Residents have varying needs from specialist support and help with everyday living to those who just need a helping hand to retain some independence. Some stay with us on a permanent basis whilst others stay for short periods of time.

We offer Residential care as well as Respite care to give home carers a much needed break.

All of our private single and double bedrooms have en-suite facilities and all are decorated to a high standard.

We are very proud of our homely and welcoming atmosphere. We would be delighted to show you around so that you can experience it for yourself. There is so much more that we can tell you than we can include on these pages so please arrange to pop in for a chat.

Our Residents can pursue their hobbies in a number of communal and quiet lounges provided throughout the Home. We have a large patio seating area which is popular in the summer. These areas are used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to invite friends and families when they visit.

THE CARE

Our activities programme is tailored to our Residents’ preferences and includes arts and crafts, quizzes and baking. We love to organise regular trips to restaurants and museums and occasionally the theatre. We also provide a regular church service which is open to any Residents and their families and friends who wish to attend.

We have highly nutritious and varied menus and cater for all dietary and cultural needs. All of our food is prepared using fresh ingredients every day in our kitchens. Our dining rooms are warm and welcoming. The tables are laid with fresh flowers and linen and our menus are displayed to show the choices available. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are provided 24 hours a day.

Residents can choose to have their meals in their own room or in our dining room depending on how they feel. We encourage friends and family to join us for meals or afternoon tea anytime.
