DESCRIPTION

Lawn Park is a purpose built home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All rooms are en-suite.

Lawn Park is in the centre of Sutton in Ashfield overlooking the boating lake and parkland and within easy reach of shops, other amenities, public transport and the M1 motorway.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''good'' outcomes for its residents.

THE CARE

Lawn Park is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges and several quiet sitting rooms. There is also a quiet conservatory overlooking the garden. A separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, is also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home and we have a highly skilled activities therapist.

DIRECTIONS

Exit the M1 at junction 28, follow signs for the A38 Sutton in Ashfield/Mansfield. Continue along the A38 for approximately 4 miles, passing through five sets of traffic lights. At the sixth set of traffic lights turn left onto Station Road, continue along this road passing a DIY store to your left. After approximately 500 yards, turn right on to Lawn Avenue. Follow the road through the parkland to the bottom. Lawn Park is situated adjacent to the lake on the right.
