DESCRIPTION

Meadowbrook is a purpose built care home all on one level, with extensive gardens with good wheelchair accsess throughout.
The Care Home has several comfortable lounges and dinning areas where residents can join the company of others at meal times.
All rooms are en-suite with bath/shower. Some rooms have court yard outlook which contain shrubs and plants. Telephone and TV points are available in each room, there is a nurse call system throughout the Care Home.

THE CARE

Our team is committed to providing high standard of nursing care 24hours a day, treating each resident as an individual and reflecting their wishes and rights to privacy, dignity and respect.
The Care Home has 3 units; in theNurodisability suite we specialise in meeting the needs of adults with complex neurological conditions, we accept adults from the age of 18 to 65.
On our nursing units we specilaise in meeting the needs for adults with moderate to high nursing requirements, and those who require dementia care.
We encouage prospective residents and families to visit Meadowbrook and meet the manager and members of our team. Following referral a pre-admission assessment will be completed prior to admission, care given is based around each individual persons needs.

DIRECTIONS

From the North.
Approaching Oswestry along the A5/A483, stay on the main A5/A483 heading for Oswestry. At Gledrid roundabout go straight on. At the next roundabout take the second exit Twmpath Lane, follow the signs for ''Nursing Home and Orthopaedic Hospital''. Continue along Twmpath Lane, Meadowbrook is situated on the left just past the Orthopaedic Hospital.

From the South.
Approaching Oswestry along the A5/A453, at the Mile End roundabout turn right continue on the A5/A453 heading
towards Wrexham. Continue along this road over next roundabout, on third roundabout take the 4th exit Twmpath Lane, heading for ''Nursing Home and Orthopadic Hospital''. Contine along Twmpath Lane, Meadowbrook is situated on the left just past the Orthopaedic Hospital.
