DESCRIPTION

Uphill Grange is an 18th Century house which has been carefully adapted and refurbished to provide nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Most of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority have private toilet facilities.

Uphill Grange is situated in the village of Uphill on the outskirts of Weston-Super-Mare, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M5 motorway. Specifically, the seaside resort and shopping centre is only 2 miles away.

THE CARE

Uphill Grange has a TV lounge and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non smoking areas). A separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal times is also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist, and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

DIRECTIONS

Take the A370 out of Weston towards Bridgewater. Follow signs for Weston General Hospital, and then towards Bleadon. Turn into Uphill Road South, the 1st turning on the right after the roundabout opposite the hospital, and Uphill Grange can be found on the left.

If approaching from the M5, leave at junction 21 and follow signs for Weston-Super-Mare and the General Hospital.
