DESCRIPTION

Four Seasons Health Care is the leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. Each of the care homes or nursing homes run by Four Seasons Health Care is unique and offers high standards of service and care for long term and short term residents. All care home staff are trained to deliver person centred care, resulting in flexible and responsive care whilst further promoting the well-being and independence of the individual.

Each care home run by Four Seasons Health Care have skilled and experienced teams of staff who are dedicated to provide the highest standards of care. Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.

Chapel View is a purpose built home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although a couple are large enough for sharing companions. All are en-suite.

Chapel View is situated in a pleasant little village called Mapplewell, located off the main A61 road between Barnsley and Wakefield.

THE CARE

Chapel View is tastefully decorated and features TV lounges, a quiet sitting room and a sun lounge, which overlooks the private grounds. A separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, is also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home and we have a highly skilled activities therapist.

DIRECTIONS

From Barnsley, take the A61 towards Wakefield. After three miles, turn left at the Eastfield Arms Pub onto the B6131 Barr Lane. Continue for a further mile into Mapplewell centre. Turn left at the crossroads onto the B6428 Spark Lane and Chapel View is on the left.
