Cedars is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

All of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. And all have private toilet facilities.

Cedars is situated in the Balby suburb of Doncaster, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M1 motorway.

THE CARE

Cedars has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non smoking facilities). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist, physiotherapist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

Take the A630 out of Doncaster to Balby, turn left at the traffic lights and then right at the roundabout, and the Cedars is on the left.

From Rotherham or A1(M)

Take the A630 to Doncaster past a white church and then turn right at 2nd set of traffic lights, turn right at the roundabout, and the Cedars is on the left.
