They own and operate over 500 care homes, nursing homes and specialist centres across the UK, with approximately 306 homes in England and the Channel Islands, 62 in Scotland, 74 in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and 7 in Wales. Each of the care homes or nursing homes run by Four Seasons Health Care is unique and offers high standards of service and care for long term and short term residents. Every home seeks to provide a safe, homely and warm environment for its residents. Welcome to Haunton Hall Care Home, our specially converted Georgian farmhouse in the picturesque hamlet of Haunton, where we provide a high standard of care 24 hours a day. Our Residents have varying needs from specialist Nursing support to general assistance with everyday living. Some stay with us on a permanent basis whilst others stay for short periods of time.

We offer Residential and Nursing care as well as specialist care for those with Dementia. We provide care for people with Physical Disabilities and Respite care to give home carers a much needed break. We also provide End of Life care at a time when Residents and their families need specialist help and support.

Our Residents can pursue their hobbies in our communal and quiet lounges situated throughout the Home. Haunton Hall retains many original features and the lounges and dining areas have a homely feel. The Home is set in seven acres and our landscaped gardens boast flowerbeds, a vegetable patch and two pleasant patio areas where Residents enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. These areas are used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to invite friends and families when they visit.

THE CARE

We pride ourselves on our range of activities to suit all tastes. Our Activities Co-ordinator meets every new Resident to discuss their social interests. There’s always something going on from quizzes to hand massages and music therapy to flower arranging.

We invite professional entertainers to visit regularly and we are also treated to performances by the local school children and the wider community. Our mini bus is used for regular trips to restaurants and museums and occasionally, the theatre. We provide a regular church service which is open to any Residents and their families and friends who wish to attend. We also love celebrating birthdays at Haunton Hall Care Home.

We support the UK National Dementia Strategy which ensures that key life skills are maintained, building purpose and providing nurture for Residents with Dementia. We organise group and individual activities but in our experience it is the one-to-one sessions that our Residents find most calming and rewarding.

We have highly nutritious and varied menus and cater for all dietary and cultural needs. All of our food is prepared using fresh ingredients every day in our kitchens. Our dining rooms are warm and welcoming. The tables are laid with fresh flowers and linen and our menus are displayed to show the choices available. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are provided 24 hours a day.
