Kingfisher House is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Most of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All have private toilet facilities.

Kingfisher House is situated in attractive grounds in a quiet area of Newmarket, within easy reach of shops, other ameneities and public transport.

This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''''good'''' outcomes for its residents.

Kingfisher House has lounges, quiet sitting rooms and another lounge for smoking. Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, chiropodists and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also take place at the home for the benefit of residents.

From the A14 follow the signs to Newmarket and then turn right towards Tesco. Follow this road through the industrial estate and turn left into Exning Road. After approximately 3/4 mile, St. Fabians Close is on the right hand side.
