Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.

Chichester Court is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Most of our rooms are for single occupancy, although a few are large enough for sharing companions. All have private toilet facilities.

Chichester Court is within easy reach of shops and other amenities and public transport.

Results from our research, here at Chichester Court, show that 95% of our service users said the facilities in the home suited them and, 82% rated the home overall, as being good or very good.

THE CARE

Chichester Court has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place within the home for the benefit of residents.

From the West

At Tyne Dock follow A194 signposted to South Shields town centre. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted for the A1018 Sunderland. After passing the Metro Station turn left at the roundabout and at the next roundabout turn left, again signposted for the B1298 Chichester Road.
