Four Seasons Health Care provides care homes with personal care, care homes with nursing care, PEARL dementia care, rehabilitation and short-term respite care and palliative care.
Welcome to Elizabeth Fleming, our purpose built Home where we provide a high standard of care 24 hours a day. Our Residents have varying needs from specialist Nursing support to general assistance with everyday living. Some stay with us on a permanent basis whilst others stay for short periods of time.
We offer specialist Residential and Nursing care for those with Dementia. We provide Respite care to give home carers a much needed break and we also offer care for young people with Physical Disabilities.
We are very proud of our homely and welcoming atmosphere. We would be delighted to show you around so that you can experience it for yourself.
Our Residents can pursue their hobbies in a number of communal and quiet lounges provided throughout the Home. We have a sensory garden as well as two other gardens with flowers for Residents to tend to and a patio which is popular in the summer. These areas are used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to invite friends and families when they visit.
THE CARE
Thanks to our dedicated Activities Co-ordinator we have a full and varied activities calendar with events planned throughout the year. We often have professional entertainers to perform for our Residents and organise trips to local places of interest including the library, park and the museum.
We support the UK National Dementia Strategy which ensures that key life skills are maintained, building purpose and providing nurture for Residents with Dementia. We organise group and individual activities but in our experience it is the one-to-one sessions that our Residents find most calming and rewarding.
We have highly nutritious and varied menus and cater for all dietary and cultural needs. All of our food is prepared using fresh ingredients every day in our kitchens. Our dining rooms are warm and welcoming. The tables are laid with fresh flowers and linen and our menus are displayed to show the choices available. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are provided 24 hours a day.
Residents can choose to have their meals in their own room or in our dining room depending on how they feel. We encourage friends and family to join us for meals or afternoon tea anytime.
