Our home is an attractive Home, converted from a convent, where we provide a high standard of care night and day. Our Residents have varying needs from specialist Nursing support to general assistance with everyday living. Some stay with us on a permanent basis whilst others stay for short periods of time.

We offer Nursing care for older people as well as Respite care to give home carers a much needed break.

Our Residents can pursue their hobbies in our communal and quiet lounges situated throughout the Home. We also have a large activities room, a piano lounge and parts of the Home retain lovely external period features. Our mature gardens boast colourful raised flowerbeds and a patio area where Residents enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There are also two courtyard gardens and a fish pond. These areas are used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to invite friends and families when they visit.

Our Residents get very involved in planning our programme of events along with our Activities Co-ordinator. These include arts and crafts, baking and gentle gardening as well as quizzes and musical events. We encourage a mix of individual and group activities. We organise regular outings to local attractions such as the Botanical Gardens in Birmingham and Cannon Hill Park.

We have highly nutritious and varied menus and cater for all dietary and cultural needs. All of our food is prepared using fresh ingredients every day in our kitchens. Our dining rooms are warm and welcoming. The tables are laid with fresh flowers and linen and our menus are displayed to show the choices available. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are provided 24 hours a day.

Residents can choose to have their meals in their own room or in our dining room depending on how they feel. We encourage friends and family to join us for meals or afternoon tea anytime.
