DESCRIPTION

Augusta Court is a purpose-built home, circa 1991. The home is owned and maintained by Anchor Trust, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of support, care and housing for older people. Set in a quiet location in its own beautiful grounds, Augusta Court is close to the local shop and post office. Most rooms have lovely views of the well-kept gardens and some rooms have doors leading to an individual patio.

At Augusta Court , we provide residential care for 46 older people (male and female) who have physical frailty, short-term memory loss and dementia. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Dining
• Meals are served in the dining room but can be enjoyed in your room if you prefer
• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for
• Unlike other care homes there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities
• Newspapers can be delivered daily to your room
• Augusta Court has elegant gardens with a conservatory and a pleasant area to sit out
• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week
