The Spinney care home, in Chingford, is a purpose-built care home offering elderly dementia care in a setting that overlooks Epping Forest. The Spinney has been furnished by our professional team to an exceptionally high standard, providing elegance, comfort and exceptionally high clinical standards. We believe The Spinney is your home and we like you to treat it exactly like home. There are no fixed visiting hours so friends and family can come and see you at any time. You decide what you want to do and when to do it, just as you would at home and when help, support and care is needed, that’s fine too. Our residents are of varying ages and come from different walks of life, each one with their own interests, hobbies, likes and dislikes. At The Spinney we encourage individuality and provide a supportive environment in which our residents can maintain their independence and dignity and enjoy the highest quality of life. The principles upon which our care and comfort are based are encompassed within our Residents'' Charter, which we recommend you read when you visit. By Train: Nearest station is Chingford, which is approximately 0.4 miles from The Spinney. There is a direct train from London Victoria to Chingford Station. Duration: 27 minutes. By Car: Take junction 26 of the M25 Follow Honey Lane, to Woodridden Hill (towards Epping & Loughton). At the 1st roundabout take the last exit (A104 Epping New Road) towards Chingford. After 1 mile, take the 3rd road on the right into Connaught Avenue. Take the second right into The Drive. The Spinney Care Home will be found at the end of the road on the right hand side.
